These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Memoque application and services, operated by Memoque, Inc.("Memoque," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using thehttps://memoque.vercel.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use thehttps://memoque.vercel.app.
a. Services Provided: Memoque provides users with a mobile application that facilitates language learning through flashcards and advertisements. By using the Services, you agree to use them only for their intended purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
b. Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.
a. Account Creation: To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary.
b. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Memoque immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Memoque will display ads after every 10 words learned. If you choose to make a payment, you will not see these ads while using the app.
Memoque does not collect or store personal data from users. The app uses Firebase as a server platform but does not utilize any user data.
a. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you submit or display while using the Services. By using the Services, you agree not to transmit any unlawful or objectionable content.
b. Content License: Memoque does not claim ownership of any content you submit. However, by using the Service, you grant Memoque a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content for the purpose of providing the Services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MEMOQUE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MEMOQUE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.
Memoque reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Services after modifications, you agree to the new Terms.
